Questions about your account, the website or the iPhone app? We’re glad to help.

Contact us

Email support@admitpath.com. A person on our team reads every message. If you have an account, you can also message our team from the Messages tab in your account or in the app. Please don’t send passwords, sign-in codes or other sensitive documents by email.

Many common questions about our services, pricing and method are answered in our FAQ.

Signing in

Admit Path doesn’t use passwords. On the website, enter your email on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link. In the iPhone app, we email you a 6-digit code to enter in the app (the email also has a button that opens the app). Links and codes work once and expire after 20 minutes, and only the most recent email works. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then request a new one.

Download your data

  • On the website: sign in, open My account → Settings and choose Download my data. You’ll get a file with everything in your account.
  • In the iPhone app: open the app’s settings and choose the option to export your data. You can save or share the file from your iPhone.

Delete your account

  • On the website: sign in, open My account → Settings, type DELETE to confirm and choose Delete my account.
  • In the iPhone app: open the app’s settings and choose the option to delete your account, then confirm.

Deleting your account permanently removes your saved snapshots, cost plans, messages, requests, email subscription and your devices’ notification registrations, and signs you out everywhere. We email you to confirm. Deleting the app from your iPhone doesn’t delete your account. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Notifications and reminders

In the iPhone app you can turn notifications for messages and deadline reminders on or off in the app’s settings, or turn off all Admit Path notifications in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications. Notifications never include the text of your messages. Email reminders can be turned off from any reminder email or in your account settings.
